n WTI Nonpareil, the Haverhill-based manufacturer of close tolerance taps and dies, has appointed John Rendle to the newly-created position of technical sales engineer.
John will have responsibility for developing the customer bases of both WTI Nonpareil and also WTI Fasteners, the manufacturer of wire thread inserts that purchased Nonpareil in October.

John has spent 47 years in specialist engineering.

n ENVIRONMENTAL matters will be given an extra push at exhibition The Green Show, in London, at the end of May, with the help and support of a Haverhill ethical PR agency.

Eurydice PR is run by Lisa Jackson, who also writes a column about environmental issues for the Echo, and the company will be promoting the show across the country, in conjunction with Midlands-based Scamper Brand Strategy.

Lisa said: "I'm thrilled to be involved with this important showcase for environmental and ethical products and practices.

"One of my main goals is to make these issues more accessible to the general public in the hope they'll become mainstream and this show is a marvellous opportunity to do just that."
