A CHARITY, which helps people sort out their debt issues, and which has a branch in Haverhill, has been named best small company in the UK to work for, by the Sunday Times.
But the charity’s manager is not resting on his laurels and is encouraging Haverhill people with financial worries to contact him.

Christians Against Poverty (CAP) offers free debt advice to everyone, regardless of their religious views.

It has had an office in Haverhill, run by Henry Wilson, for two-and-a-half years.

Mr Wilson said: “Winning this award is fantastic not only for us, but also for our clients.

“We pride ourselves on giving clients in Haverhill the best possible debt advice and the support they need to turn their finances and lives around.”

Anyone who would like free help from CAP should call 01440 712950, or visit www.capuk.org.
