GET your dancing shoes ready; Haverhill Town Mayor's Charity Dance for St Nicholas Hospice with The Galaxy Big Band takes place on Saturday, at 8pm.
The band is treading in the footsteps of the big bands of the 1940s and has established an enviable reputation for swing music, jive and jazz.

ying solo trumpet.
A buffet meal is included in the ticket price of £12.50.
Centre Stage Company return to the arts centre from Thursday, May 15, to Saturday, May 17, with The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen's Guild Dramatic Society's Production Of The Mikado.
Follow the antics of the women as they tackle their latest theatrical endeavour – Gilbert and Sullivan's operetta The Mikado.
The ladies' 'interpretation' is tackled with their usual enthusiasm, despite constraints of casting and costume which produces hilarious mishaps, forgotten lines and shameless scene-stealing.
The whole show is a fun-filled romp, not to be missed by fans of Gilbert and Sullivan, or anyone else who wants a side-splitting night out.
Regretfully, there will be no moseying on down to the arts centre tomorrow, as Divas Of Country has been cancelled.
On the upside, Hooked On Country, Sold On Sixties will be returning to the arts centre on Friday, July 4, and Ollie Austin And His All-Star Band will be here on Sunday, October 5.
The arts centre is currently in the process of contacting everybody who has purchased tickets for Divas Of Country, but if you haven't yet been contacted, please give the box office a ring on 01440 714140 for a refund.
