E-MAIL Special will be presenting its programme at Danbury Village Hall, on Saturday, July 19, in a benefit gig for Farleigh Hospice.
The band plays regularly to capacity audiences at the Cramphorn Theatre in Chelmsford, and further afield, enchanting jazz music lovers with a programme of recognisable jazz standards, each stamped with the band's own style.

icularly renowned for its horn arrangements, utilising its three saxes to emulate a big-band-type sound.

Each year fresh material and arrangements are added to the repertoire.

This concert will feature the 2007 programme.

Apart from a liberal sprinkling of popular standards featuring the whole band, the audience is always treated to instrumental highlights spotlighting individual members.

All of the band's members hail from Essex.

E-Mail Special has played over the past ten years at various venues, including London's Vortex Jazz Bar, and Pizza On The Park.

Tickets are normally sold out well before the event so it is recommended anyone wishing to go book early, by calling 01245 260288.

Tickets cost £10 (£7 for concessions) and funds raised by the show will go to Farleigh Hospice.

The show takes place at 8pm.
