EXHIBITION: There is still time to see an exhibition of work by Michelle Charles at Kettle's Yard art gallery, in Cambridge.
The exhibition runs until Sunday and features Charles's paintings and drawings of domestic objects, such as glasses of milk and bars of soap.

Works in the exhibition are for sale.

Kettle's Yard is located in Castle Street, Cambridge.

CAR BOOT SALE: There will be a car boot sale on the recreation ground in Wickhambrook, on Sunday, starting at 1pm.

Pitches cost £5 each and more information is available by calling 01440 820757 or 01440 820155.



FLYING MACHINES: East Town Park, Haverhill, hosts a workshop, on Thursday, July 31, where children can build their own flying machines.

Planes, helicopters and parachutes will all be on the drawing board, for youngsters aged five to 12.

Children under eight must be accompanied by an adult.

The workshop runs from 2pm to 4pm and costs £4 per child.

Booking is essential and places can be booked by calling 01284 757067.

MAZE TRAIL: Running every day, from 11am to 5pm, at Nowton Park, Bury St Edmunds, is a maze trail.

Collect a map from the rangers' centre and explore the maze to collect clues and solve the riddle.

It costs 50p per map and there is no need to book.
