NOVEMBER is Vegan Month. By going vegan, in one step an individual can help to end animal suffering, reduce their carbon footprint and boost their health.
What other diet has such overwhelmingly positive benefits?

Animal Aid's new five minute film, Secrets Of The Dairy Industry, which can be viewed on the Vegan Month (www.veganmonth.com/video.html) website, reveals how animals reared for their milk suffer brutal treatment.

The good news is that vegan foods — including non-dairy milk, cream, yoghurt, custard, cream cheese, ice cream and much more — can be found in high street shops and supermarkets.

Aspiring vegans can find more information at www.veganmonth.com, which includes a competition to win a selection of gorgeous dairy-free chocolates and the opportunity to order a FREE comprehensive vegan guide, complete with recipes and nutritional information.

KELLY SLADE,

Vegan Month co-ordinator,

Animal Aid.
