We have recently heard retired members of the military top brass saying that Trident is useless in actual conflicts. Not only is it useless but we cannot afford the £76 billion its replacement would cost.
President Obama is committed to moving towards a world free of nuclear weapons.
Is this not the time for us to stop wasting money on Trident?
