Creative Arts East is sending one of the most up and coming stand-up performance poets to The White Horse Inn in Withersfield, on Sunday, February 24 for a night of music, words and laughter.

11 years ago, John Osborne won a competition on John Peel’s Radio One show. His prize.....a box of records that took him eight years to listen to.

This one man show is an ode to radio, those records and anyone who’s ever sought solace in the wireless. The performance is a must for John Peel fans and includes a selection of records previously owned by the late DJ, with many rare

recordings by obscure and now defunct bands.
