A LOCAL businessman, who town councillors in Haverhill recently described as a 'trailblazer', will find out today whether he has been granted planning permission to turn his Jubilee Walk coffee shop into a wine bar.
Harry Zachariou, who runs Deja Vu sandwich bars in Jubilee Walk and Queen Street, has applied for the latter premises to be allowed to serve alcohol, food and provide entertainment by way of music.
