MEMBERS of Second Haverhill Brownies have been presented with first aid badges.
Sixteen girls, aged between seven and ten, underwent the training and were presented with their badges last week.

Ada Cole, assistant guider said: “They thoroughly enjoyed it. It is the most important badge for them to have – hopefully if anything happened they should be able to deal with it.”

The brownies were taught by Joan and Kate Horner from the Haverhill Red Cross.

The brownies are now looking to earn a crime prevention badge.
