Medics in emergency gym call

A MAN in his 50s received emergency aid after suffering a heart attack and head injuries at Feelgood Fitness Centre in Haverhill on Thursday, November 26.
The man had the heart attack while on an exercise bike at about 3.06pm, and suffered the head injury as a result of falling off the bike.
Doctors and paramedics from Magpas, SARS, EEAST and East Anglian Air Ambulance attended the incident to offer care and treatment before the patient was taken to Addenbroke's Hospital in Cambridge.
The man was believed to in a critical condition at the time this story was written.
