Kate Anstee founded The Time Finder in 2007, and has now has been chosen as a regional finalist in Anglia Newspapers’ Local Business Accelerator campaign.

She established the business to provide a professional, flexible, friendly and confidential virtual personal assistance service.

Ms Anstee, who describes herself as ‘a born fixer and organiser’, said: “I wanted to provide a personalised service that offers great value for money and outstanding customer service.

“When I started I thought there was an opening to help small businesses, and as it turned out businesses of all shapes and sizes, with their administration.

“Our service is completely pay as you go so as much or as little as you want. If they just want help for a couple of hours I do that and if it’s longer term more regular help I do that too.

“It can be remotely from my office, which really is the way forward as they don’t have to provide the office space and that’s the kind of support I’ve built the business on.

“I want to help people so that they can concentrate on growing their business.”

Now The Time Finder is one of six regional finalists that could win a free advertising campaign and mentoring from local business experts.

The winner will also go on to the national final, with a year of expert mentoring from Deborah Meaden and an advertising campaign up for grabs.

“Over the years I have put together an excellent team of professionals who have more years of office management, organisation and personal assistance experience than they care to remember.

“The team each bring unique strengths and expertise but are united in one common aim, a determination to present excellent solutions to all projects however large or small.”

The business administration company helps people finish to do lists, assists with administration and office systems and ensures projects run smoothly.

It can also provide a virtual personal assistant to answer telephones and manage diaries and provides professional and flexible support.

The Time Finder is based in Parkins Farm, Castle Camps, and can be contacted on 01799 668132 or by e-mail at kate@thetimefinder.co.uk
