80 year old man injured in collision in Cambridge

Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was struck by a car in Mill Road.

The 80-year-old man was crossing the road at the junction with Willis Road at 4.50pm on Saturday (December 22).

The man was in collision with a green Nissan Primera.

He was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries.

Pc Tom Rogers said: “I would appeal to anyone who saw the incident to contact police.”
