Practic manager at the surgery Ann Sisson: “By making some simple changes to your lifestyle, you can benefit from feeling healthier and living longer.

“For many people it can seem a daunting challenge to eat healthily and take more exercise and our open day is aimed to motivate and encourage local people make the change.”

Floyd Croll, one of LiveWell Suffolk’s community health coaches, said: “This will be a great opportunity to speak to local people about the services we offer in Haverhill to support their individual goals, whether they are looking to lose weight, become more active or need support as they stop smoking.”

The drop-in event takes place from 2pm to 5pm.
