Clarification of Kedington man’s drug charge

Daniel Boyle

Daniel Boyle

A story in the Echo on December 20 said that Brendon Jackson, from Kedington, will go on trial in April accused of selling Class A drug methodone to Haverhill man Daniel Boyle, 24, who died in Bristol on October 11, 2011 after taking the drug.

The article should have said that Jackson is charged with supplying the drug to Daniel, and not selling it to him.

Jackson, 27, from Westward Deals, is due to stand trial at Bristol Crown Court on April 15.

He is currently on conditional bail.
