Comedy show in Haverhill to raise cash for St Nicholas Hospice Care

A charity comedy night will be held in Haverhill to raises money for charity as part of a three-day festival in the town.

Stand-up comedian Jon Murfin, 39, is hosting the evening on March 23 at the Haverhill Arts Centre at 8pm.

The Up and Coming Comedy Night offers the chance see Mr Murfin, from Burwell, take to the stage along with fellow comics James Alderson, Andy Storey, Philip Simon, Gwillum Argos and Henry von Stifle.

It will cost £7 to see the six award-winning comedians, with all money raised going towards St Nicholas Hospice Care.

The night is sandwiched between Arthur Smith, Exposed on March 22 and Monkey Nuts on the Sunday as part of the Haverhill Comedy Festival.
