Community groups and organisations in Haverhill can apply for up to £5,000 of grant funding to benefit the town from umbrella body ONE Haverhill.
The cash is available from a special grant pot, made available to ONE Haverhill by St Edmundsbury Council.
The deadline for applications is March 3 at 10am.
Applications will be considered from groups which meet at least three key criteria. They must demonstrate that the funding will make a real difference to the people of Haverhill, have clear objectives and plans for the project and how they will measure its effectiveness.
Application forms and criteria can be downloaded from www.onehaverhill.co.uk/community-grants. Previous applicants can apply.
Sarah Howard, chairman of the ONE Haverhill board, said: “We had some fantastic applications during the last round of grants for wonderful projects that are benefitting a wide range of groups and people.
“This is a great opportunity for your organisation to get some money towards a project that you are embarking on or would like to embark upon.”
ONE Haverhill is an independent board that is bringing organisations and resources together to make them more effective and efficient in the town.
Completed application forms should be sent to ONE Haverhill Grants Scheme, Haverhill Arts Centre, High Street, Haverhill, CB9 8AR.
If you would like to discuss your application before you submit it or need any help with your submission call Nick Keeble on 01440 712858.
