Crime Scene Investigators wanted at Essex Police Museum

Be part of a Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) Team at Essex Police Museum on Saturday, March 16.

Go along to the museum between 10am and 4pm to identify the evidence hidden in the museum and see if you can solve the crime. Successful CSI officers will be rewarded with a small prize.

Becky Wash, museum curator said “This activity is great fun for all ages.

“You can learn about the different techniques used by CSI officers and how important fingerprints and DNA are at a crime scene.

“It is also great for helping children to develop mapping, searching and deduction skills.”

The museum will be open as normal so visitors will also get the opportunity to look at the fascinating displays and try on police uniforms.

All ages are welcome to drop in and take part and costs £1 per person. There is no need to book.

For more information, contact curator Becky Wash on 01245 457150.
