CXG in Haverhill has won a silver award for East of England Letting Agent of the Year in The Times awards.
And the agent based in the former White Harytpub in the High Street won a bronze title for the UK Property Management of the Year category.
The accolades follow the agent’s success last year with a gold for the regional title.
The winners received their plaques from author, TV presenter andcharity campaigner Katie Piper in London.
Directors and co-owners Daniel and Robin Pilley of CXG said “We are very proud of our continuing success. We have now won eight awards in four years – a reflection of the dedication of our team in delivering customer service to the highest standard.
“It is a huge sense of achievement when this is recognised by the industry in this manner.”
Robin Pilley was invited to meet the Prime Minister, David Cameron, at a celebration of small businesses following the award winning success of CXG.
The awards ceremony was the culminating event of a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of 21 industry experts who assessed initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants, which included over 12,000 minutes of telephone interviews and mystery shopping exercises.
