Days Inn Haverhill has won another accolade to add to its collection of awards and certificates.
The hotel has recently been awarded the 2014 TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence.
The award acknowledges hospitality excellence and is granted to businesses who consistently achieve outstanding customer reviews on TripAdvisor.
This is the second successive year that Days Inn Haverhill has received this award.

“We are absolutely delighted to have received this recognition of our consistently excellent service.
“Of course the ranking is important; our reviews have to be four or five stars for the hotel to be even considered for the Certificate of Excellence.
“However it is the feedback left on the site that is really important to us. The comments provide an invaluable insight into the experience the guest has had during their stay.
“We read and respond to every review received and take
action where appropriate to ensure we are continually improving our level of service.
