The man behind the Haverhill Research Park development will be giving an update on its progress at the next bestof Haverhill meeting next week.
Nic Rumsey, director of Carisbrooke Investments and owner of the Days Inn Haverhill, will provide an update on the developments at the Park and the proposals for the Innovation Centre when the event takes place at The Days Inn Hotel on Thursday, June 19 from 10am to 11.30am.
In May the bestof Haverhill monthly event took place at The Flying Shuttle, the new Marston’s Rotisserie and Grill Restaurant, located at the entrance to the Park.
Following the success of this meeting and the interest in the Research Park this month local businesses have the opportunity to hear firsthand how the plans for the rest of the 20 acre site are progressing.
Elaine Carr, owner of thebestof Haverhill comments: “This will be the fourth year that Nic has addressed our networking group.
“I am delighted that he will once again be sharing the latest news for the Research Park with the Haverhill business community.
“It is exciting to watch the development of the Park and its infrastructure and to see the vision become a reality.
“The Haverhill Research Park is without doubt of a very high quality and offers an attractive environment for businesses to locate to and for people to work, live and spend their leisure time.
“The Haverhill Research Park represents a significant investment in Haverhill and will provide employment opportunities for people with skills in the hi-tech and science based industries.
“I believe it will be of major benefit to Haverhill and our local economy. I hope the business community will show their continued support for the project by joining us at Days Inn on June 19. “
