Get fitter with New Year exercise classes in Haverhill

If your New Year’s resolution is to improve your overall health and fitness, Live Well Suffolk has announced that they will be offering free exercise classes and tailored personal health plans for people in Haverhill.

For people looking for a more active fitness session, Live Well Suffolk is hosting Circuit Training for Beginners at the Abbeycroft Leisure Centre in Haverhill.

The class will feature a variety of exercise stations for people and will help improve fitness, stamina and overall strength.

Each individual session will also feature practical workshops about how to improve your general health and Live Well Suffolk’s team of trained community health coaches will provide a personalised health plan designed to support individual targets.

Oliver Langford, senior community health coach for Live Well Suffolk, said: “Many people use the New Year as an incentive to begin new habits and we will be working closely with people to support them as they work towards their goals.

“It’s great to see so many people wanting to learn how they can incorporate a healthier lifestyle and our free courses can help you learn how to make small practical changes to improve your overall wellbeing.”

The courses are expected to be popular and advance booking is required.

Circuit Training for Beginners takes place at Haverhill Leisure Centre, Ehringshausen Way, from Monday, January 7, running from 11am to midday

To register a place on the course, phone Live Well Suffolk on 01473 229292 or email tasters@livewellsuffolk.org.uk. Some eligibility criteria will be applied.
