A teenager raised hundreds of pounds for charity after having her hair cut off.

Katie Schulz, from Birdbrook, had the trim at Enigma Hair in Withersfield Road on April 25.

The 19 year old, who is currently studying speech and language therapy at the University of Manchester, raised more than £300 for the Little Princess Trust.

The charity makes wigs for children who have lost their hair due to illness or treatment such as chemotherapy.
