Have your say on West Suffolk health

Members of the public, patients and family carers who are part of the community engagement group (CEG) of the NHS West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group will be meeting in Bury St Edmunds on 10 January – and local people are being invited to attend.

The meeting will take place on Friday 10 January from 10am – 12.30pm at the Moreton Hall Community Centre, Symonds Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP32 7EW.

Members of the community engagement group play a vital role in working with the CCG to ensure patient and public views are listened to and that local people have a real say in shaping healthcare services in west Suffolk.

The group will discuss set agenda items including community healthcare performance, quality improvement visits and winter planning.

Local people are invited to attend to discuss local healthcare issues.

Anne Nicholls, chairman of the CEG said: “The community engagement group both informs and influences the decision and planning process for health services in west Suffolk.

“It is important that people give their views so that the CCG can commission the right health services which meet the needs of local people.”
