Haverhill burglary

Police are appealing for information after a burglary in Withersfield Road, Haverhill.

Between 7:30pm and 8pm on Tuesday, January 29 a utility room of a residential property was entered via an insecure rear door. A handbag, purse and laptop were all stolen from the room before the offender exited the property, making no further searches.

Police would remind people to keep doors and windows locked, even when inside the property.

Anyone with information in relation to this incident is asked to contact Bury St Edmunds CID on 101 quoting HH/13/263 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
