Hayley Taylor and Bradley Chelton, from Mallow Walk, Haverhill, with their new daughter, Daisy-Mae Chelton.

She was born at 4.47pm on Christmas Day at West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds weighing seven lb seven oz.

Hayley was due on December 13 and had to be induced on Christmas Eve.

“We didn’t know we were having a girl and are both really pleased,” she said.

“People have said she’s the best present we could have and she’s made Christmas extra special.”
