Haverhill theft from car

Police are appealing for witnesses to a theft from a motor vehicle that took place in Haverhill.

It took place at some point on Wednesday 23 January between 7pm and 9.30pm on Chalkstone Way

The female victim has parked her vehicle, a silver Ford Mondeo, and when she returned she found the number plates had been stolen. The plates are VU52 DHZ.

Anyone who saw any suspicious activity or had knowledge of the theft should contact PC Mark Green at Bury St Edmunds police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
