As featured in last week’s Echo, John Boxall will be running in the London Marathon on April 13 to raise money for the Save Babies Through Screening Foundation UK in memory of a late Kedington toddler.

Phoebe Knibbs was 21 months old when she died in February 2013 from the incurable and rare Krabbe Disease, which takes the life of most children who suffer from it before they are two.

Mr Boxall is a friend of Phoebe’s family and decided to raise money for the charity, which helped and supported her mum Hannah through what was such a difficult and traumatic time in her and the rest of her family’s life.

Last week’s story left out the website address for donating to John’s run in the marathon.

It is www.justgiving.com/johnboxall.
