Linked burglaries in Ipswich

Police are appealing for information after a burglary and an attempted burglary were reported recently in Ireland Road, Ipswich.

The first burglary occurred sometime between Friday (December 21) and Saturday (December where an attempt was made to force entry to a residential property via a rear conservatory door, however no entry was gained. 29)

The second burglary occurred between 5:30pm and 10:45pm Friday (December 28).

A stone was thrown through a glass plane of a rear door and the door was opened using a key left in the lock.

A search of the property was then made and a number of items including bank cards, a 42 inch TV and a laptop were stolen from within.

Police are linking the two incidents due to their close proximity.
