A Haverhill man charged with burglary has been remanded in custody and is now due to appear at crown court.
Police charged Alexander Hockett, 32, from Elmdon Place, and he is appeared at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday, August 28).
He has yet to enter a plea and is due to appear at Ipswich Crown Court on September 10.
Hockett was arrested by police on yesterday (Tuesday, August 27) and taken to the Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre.
He was subsequently charged with the burglary of a home in Beaumont Vale between Tuesday (August 20) and Friday (August 23).
