In early April a music and flower festival was held at the newly-built St Felix Roman Catholic Church in Haverhill to celebrate its opening.

War veteran Joe Warren, 89, from Haverhill was refused free transport to appointments at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge because he was not deemed disabled enough.
