Plans for a £5 million innovation centre to help start-up businesses have been revealed.
The 30,000 sq ft centre will be part of Haverhill Research Park in Hanchett End.
Carisbrooke Developments has submitted its plans to St Edmundsbury Council for the four-storey building which, as the first property on the £100 million park, will create a landmark development adjacent to the lake in the centre of the 450,000 sq ft project.
The innovation centre is expected to be completed by summer 2015 and could create up to 300 jobs.
