Youngsters from a Haverhill school spiced up their day during a special visit to one of the town’s Indian restaurants.

The group of year three pupils from Burton End Primary School in School Lane were given an insight into Indian cuisine during their time at the Raj Mahal in High Street, which formed part of their studies about India.

Pupils spent some time learning how the meals are prepared and then had the chance to sample the finished dishes.
