Ramblers take in Balsham, Hildersham and Linton

Newmarket Ramblers are taking a 10.5 mile walk from Balsham this weekend.

The group has the fourth in their series of walks with an Icknield Way theme on Sunday, March 3, which will see them go 10.5 miles, starting at Balsham Church, visiting Hildersham and Linton, and making use of the Roman Road.

The walk starts at 10am and further information can be obtained from the leaders, Richard and Eileen, on 01284 755744.

Also on Sunday, for those preferring a shorter walk, Barbara will be leading a five mile walk from Cheveley recreation ground, again with a 10.00am start. She can be contacted for further details on 01638 730226.

Wednesday morning’s five mile walk is from Stansfield Village Hall and will be led by Tony, contactable on 01638 750182 for information.
