Thousands of pounds are up for grabs in St Nicholas Hospice Care’s lottery draw on Friday (5).

The weekly lottery has a bumper rollover prize of £6,500 this week, which it hopes will persuade people to buy a ticket or sign up to play every week.

Nick Duncan, Hospice Fundraising Administrator, said: “The rollover prize has been attracting lots of interest, particularly now it has reached £6,500. Anyone feeling lucky can buy a single ticket for this Friday’s draw costing £1, or sign up to play every week.”

There are 43 prizes ranging from £10 to £1,000 in every weekly draw, with a £250 prize which – if it is not won - rolls over to the following week.

The rollover increases by £250 each week until it is won or reaches £10,000, at which point one player is guaranteed to win the whole amount.

To buy a ticket, go to http://www.stnicholashospicecare.org.uk/lottery” www.stnicholashospicecare.org.uk/lottery. Single tickets are available from all Hospice shops and the Hospice itself.

The weekly Lottery is drawn every Friday and raises almost £300,000 each year.
