The Conservative Party has confirmed who will stand for the South East Cambridgeshire constituency at the 2015 general election when Sir Jim Paice MP retires.

Lucy Frazer QC will stand for the Tories as the former farming minister steps down, bringing to an end his 28 years in the seat that covers Linton and Balsham.

Ms Frazer pipped Heidi Allen to the party nomination, although it is alleged that ballots which would have seen Ms Allen to victory were wrongly counted as being for Ms Frazer.
