Two charged with OAP murder in Cambs

TWO men have been charged with the murder of Chittering pensioner Llywelyn Thomas.

Frankie Parker, 25, of Nene Road, Ely, and Gary Smith, 20, of no fixed address, were both arrested earlier today (Tuesday) and have been charged with the 76 year old’s murder.

Parker appeared at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court today.

Smith will appear at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, February 14.

Mr Thomas was discovered in his home in Ely Road on the morning of Sunday, December 18. He had last been seen alive the previous evening.
