A 16 week course in Counselling Skills starts at West Suffolk College on March 5.

The Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills is designed for anyone who wants to take the first step towards training as a counsellor, in a voluntary or paid capacity.

Counselling skills can support other professional roles, such as a teacher, care worker or nurse.

If you already have other Level Three qualifications, successful completion of the Level Two Certificate in Counselling Skills will enable you to apply for a place on the Foundation Degree Counselling course at University Campus Suffolk.

If you do not have other Level Three qualifications, you could apply for the Access to HE Counselling course at West Suffolk College.
