A man in his 40s was rushed to hospital by air ambulance after being freed from a lorry cab that had fallen on him.
The accident happened at the Charterhouse Trading Estate, in Sturmer Road, Haverhill at about 4.30pm on Tuesday (May 20).
The appliance and rescue pump from Haverhill were called to the accident and used hydraulic gear and airbags to release him by 5.26pm.
A response car, ambulance, paramedic officer and the hazardous area response team also attended.
He was left in the care of paramedics who treated him before he was airlifted to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge with a leg injury.
His injuries were not life threatening.
