HAVERHILL Rovers will line up against former West Ham United, Celtic and Ipswich Town winger Stuart Slater when they visit Wivenhoe Town on Saturday.
Slater, 39, won three England under-21 and two England B caps during his career and was transferred for £1.5 million when he moved from West Ham to Celtic in 1992.

The winger, who made 141 appearances for the Hammers, scoring 11 goals, teamed up with former Hammers team-mate Julian Dicks, who took over the reigns at Wivenhoe earlier this month.

A report and audio reaction from Rovers' match with Wivenhoe will be available on this website on Saturday evening.
