SUFFOLK LEAGUE CUP WINNERS

HLA 4

Bressingham 0

HLA completed a marvellous treble as they added the Suffolk League Cup to the Suffolk Vase and Ipswich and Suffolk League Division Two trophies.

Alex Westdijk took just 16 minutes to beat the Bressingham goalkeeper with a well-celebrated goal.

Bressingham showed spirit and fought back but Doug Becks, Ben Spring, Nick Asbey and Johnny Martin snuffed out any threat.

James Haylock crossed from a corner for Ryan Geoghegan to head home and double HLA's lead in the 33rd minute.

Westdijk slipped home HLA's third before Ashley Auger scored a stunning goal with just minutes left.
