HAVERHILL Rovers will have to sit tight for another ten days before finding out what division they will be in next season.
The Football Association has delayed its decision on promotion and relegation issues until May 26 because there are a number of complicated matters in higher divisions to sort out.

Those decisions will have a knock on effect to the lower leagues, meaning the Reds don't yet know if they will be playing Ridgeons Premier or Ridgeons Division One football next year.

Manager Peter Betts said: "It's frustrating because it now only gives us two or three weeks before pre-season that we know what league we are in.

"We are speaking to players but it's a difficult situation because we don't know what league we will be in."

The Reds finished bottom of the Ridgeons Premier but may get a reprieve if Tiptree United move into the Essex Senior League and Lowestoft Town move up to a step four division.
