HAVERHILL Rovers manager Larry Billings will have a baptism of fire when his side gets their Ridgeons League Premier Division campaign under way on August 9.
Rovers travel to Needham Market, who missed out on promotion and the Ridgeons title on the last day of last season, before hosting another leading Ridgeons side in Mildenhall Town on Tuersday, August 12.

Rovers actually meet Mildenhall just three
weeks later for the reverse fixture.

After their FA Cup date with March Town United, Rovers then visit Histon Reserves' Glassworld Stadium before ending August with a home game with Harwich & Parkeston.

There's also a familiar ending to the season with the final match against Leiston on May 2.

Rovers lost the same fixture 6-1 last season.
