Josh Meekings and his Inverness Caledonian Thistle team mates face Hearts on Saturday in the Scottish League Cup semi-final.

Caley Thistle go into the match at Hibernian’s Easter Road stadium as favourites against Hearts, who occupy ninth place in the SPL, seven placed below their Highlands opponents.

Former Samuel Ward Academy student Meekings, 20, returned to Inverness’ defence for their 3-0 league victory over Aberdeen on Saturday having missed the previous two matches through injury.

Saturday’s victors will take on either St Mirren or Celtic in the final at Hampden Park on March 17.
