After booking their place in the semi-finals of a county cup competition last weekend, Haverhill Borough will turn their attention back to league matters with two games in the space of four days.
First up for Martin Westcott’s men, who currently occupy the final promotion spot, is a home clash with seventh-placed Holland FC on Saturday (3pm).
The Essex team are just one of five to have got the better of Borough in the league this season, having won 3-0 when the sides met back in mid-September.
Terry Rymer was on good form for Holland that afternoon as he netted two goals, while Joe Martin also found the net.
That will be followed on Tuesday evening by a trip over the Norfolk border to take on Dereham Town Reserves (7.45pm).
Dereham’s second string have managed to pick up just three wins all season and sit second-from-bottom in the standings.
The reverse fixture — played last month — was a memorable one for Borough, who ran out 8-1 winners.
