The party left Haverhill last Wednesday, most of them by coach, and returned on Sunday.

The visitors spent Wednesday evening with host families from Haverhill’s twin town of Ehringshausen.

The trip to Rüdesheim was made on Thursday, Friday saw a visit to Bad Ems and on Saturday they took in Limburg, Hessen before having an evening party, with music from Haverhill band, Rinaldi Express.

HTTA chairman, Elaine McManus, thanked everyone who helped to make the trip such a success.
