Business based workshop will boost charity

Marketing specialist thebestof Haverhill is holding a workshop that aims to help businesses prosper more - an event that will also provide a financial lift to a Haverhill charity.

Boost Your Business in 2015 takes place at the Days Inn Hotel, Haverhill on Wednesday, March 4 with all proceeds going to REACH Community Projects - the bestof Haverhill’s charity of the year.

The workshop is for business owners who would like to learn how to grow, market and expand their businesses this year.

The session will include eight steps to help business owners to get their marketing working more effectively and guide them through the myriad of marketing tools that are available.

Elaine Carr has run thebestof Haverhill since 2010 and supports local, independent businesses with all aspects of their marketing.

She said: “The event we are running will give local business owners the opportunity to learn the inside secrets to successful marketing.

“It’s going to be a practical session with a focus on implementation.

“There will be lots of great tips and advice to equip attendees with new skills and strategies as well as the inspiration and motivation required to achieve success in 2015.”

The event starts at 9am and will conclude by midday.

Tickets cost £15 with all proceeds being donated to REACH Community Projects, which includes the Haverhill Foodbank and the Furniture Bank.
