Car stolen from Bury St Edmunds is found burnt out in Haverhill

Police are appealing for information after a car was stolen in Bury St Edmunds and found burnt out in Haverhill the following day.

The blue Fiat Panda was last seen at around 11am on Saturday October 31 in Westgate Street, Bury.

It was found burnt out on a footpath near Wratting Road in Haverhill at around 7.55am on Sunday November 1.

Police would like to speak with a man spotted near the burnt car in Haverhill.

He is described as around 5ft 10” tall and was wearing a red hooded top, grey tracksuit bottoms and red trainers.
