Haverhill school teacher turns to YouTube to get communities active




A Haverhill school teacher has launched his own daily video to get the local community fit and healthy.

Tujan Sari, head of Key Stage 3 PE at Samuel Ward Academy, today started his own fitness video on the school’s YouTube channel.

Tujan said: “I wanted to do something to try and keep everyone fit and active, regardless of your age or fitness.

“It is going to be tough staying at home, but regular exercise is of course great for your body and also good for your mind.

“Whether it is me, Joe Wicks or anyone else, I just want everyone to keep active.

"My videos will stay on the Samuel Ward Academy You Tube channel so can be viewed at any time, day or night.”
