Estate and letting agent CXG’s new offices in Haverhill have been officially opened by Matthew Hancock MP for West Suffolk and Minister of State for Skills and Enterprise.

The company’s new headquarters, called CXG House, was formerly the White Hart pub, and was opened following a lengthy refurbishment.

CXG joint owner Robin Pilley said: “The day was an outstanding success with over 100 guests attending the event. It was a great opportunity to thank all our clients and staff, without whom we would never have been able to achieve the success we have over the last eight years.

“The fantastic newly refurbished building is a testament to all the hard work and commitment from everyone.” Mr Hancock said: “I was delighted to be invited to open CXG House, I always enjoy seeing local businesses growing in Haverhill.

“They have done a great job with the building and I am sure CXG will keep going from strength to strength, which means more job opportunities and apprenticeships available for local people.”

Mr Pilley added: “The refurbishment has taken four months to complete but the investment, both in terms of time and money, has certainly paid dividends.

“The building has been transformed and must be the largest and most modern Estate Agency office for miles around utilising the latest technology offering the best marketing package available.

“It really is worth a visit, and to celebrate the opening of the new offices there is a special offer this month to those of you who are thinking of selling your property.”
